ADDITIONAL DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
When going on a long road trip, it's always a good idea to make sure there are enough drivers to take turns and keep everyone safe. Just keep in mind that having extra drivers may mean a slightly higher rental cost
To ensure compliance with the DOT's "Hours of Service" regulations, certain trips may need a second driver to rotate driving duties and ensure that the driver is well-rested throughout the journey. This additional driver adds an extra cost, which will be reflected in the charter fee.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Typically, 50% of the total charter cost is a requirement to secure the booking, and the total balance due is payable two weeks in advance of the trip. Moreover, we offer a no-fee ACH payment portal on our website and accept credit cards, but you must access a 5% surcharge.
TOLLS AND PARKING
Expenses related to tolls and parking incurred during your trip may be included in the rental price or billed separately. Clarifying these details in advance to avoid unexpected financial surprises is helpful.
BUS SERVICES, CLEANING, WASHING, ETC.
Additional expenses like cleaning and maintenance can affect the overall pricing structure. However, those expenses only apply to extended tours.
COACH WRAP/GRAPHICS
If you'd like to add your personal touch to the bus with specific graphics or branding, we can make that happen, however, there will be an additional cost for this service.
