WHAT IS THE COST FOR A TRIP?

The price per charter varies. Each based on mileage, # of days for your charter, # of passenger to insure, availability and Driver market rates.

WHERE CAN WE PARK THE COACH AT NIGHT?

A 45 foot vehicle requires a plan for parking.

HOW FAR CAN WE GO IN A DAY?

approx 400-550 Miles

IS THERE STEREO AND/OR SATELLITE TV?

Direct TV satellite tracks while in motion, whilst the stereo can be connected to personal devices.

IS THERE WIFI?

We can provide Wifi on request for each coach.

IS THERE A SHOWER?

If your coach is fitted with a shower, this is available for use while parked.

IS THERE A KITCHEN AND/OR FRIDGE?

Ever coach has a working fridge, freezer and kitchen.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand plans and life changes. Every contract we offer comes with a cancellation schedule.

HOW DOES INSURANCE WORK?

We cover the insurance for the vehicles, passengers and liability.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE TO I NEED BOOK?

We take bookings 2 years in advance and can even satisfy short term requests. The major limitations of last minute bookings are availability of the coach and securing a driver.

HOW DO I DEAL WITH SPORTING EVENTS PARKING PERMITS?

We can help work with you to secure and broker VIP parking permits. This is pass through cost w/service charge.
